Refund policy

Markers are custom cut per order and cannot be returned unless defective.

We only sell brand new marker strips that are custom cut to order. This ensures that our customers get the highest quality product from the same batch. We cut our marker strips from the same roll of film per order to guarantee that the markers are consistent.

Therefore, we do not accept returns because we won't resell them to other customers.

We will only replace markers that were delivered defective, at our discretion.
